I am getting the following error which i try to access the sap portal,

please advice me how to resolve this:

I can ping the ip address

but

ping https://my.company.com:3243/irj/portal will not working

Hmmm Are difrnt modules fetched from difrnt server ?... I guess the site is up and something is wrong in application....just restart the service and see if there is ny kick start...

to restart some service , which will come up the website?
