Is there a way to prevent a user from viewing all but certain document types in transaction codes SCOT, SOST, and SOSG?

I would like to allow user with access to t-codes SOST, SOSG, and SCOT to only be able to view certain document types. For example and HR user would only be able to drill in to HR document by not FI and vice-versa. Is there a way to do this?
