Is there a way to prevent a user from viewing all but certain document types in transaction codes SCOT, SOST, and SOSG?

I would like to allow user with access to t-codes SOST, SOSG, and SCOT to only be able to view certain document types. For example and HR user would only be able to drill in to HR document by not FI and vice-versa. Is there a way to do this?

You can control access in Finance by document types. Object for this I think is F_BKPF_BLA (BLA for BLART which is doc type in SAP).

There is no direct way to control via those t-codes. You need to create doc type restriction in the Finance t-codes or those affected by BLART and as soon as the user accesses the link in the email for the document, the control should kick in for the document itself.
