I am not aware of any tools. The thing to remember is that Oracle store procedures are not capable of returning a SELECT and are usually created to affect the data in the tables. most of the SQL code should be rather simple (T-SQL is close to PLSQL). If you have a problem with a particular procedure, we would be more than happy to help out.
