The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating.

  • The Grade of the Solution
  • The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
  • The Number of Author and Expert Comments
  • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. As a member of Experts Exchange, you are able to cast your vote on the quality of the solutions in regard to how complete, accurate, helpful and easy to understand each solution is. SQL query help

experts:
Very rough requirements have been given to me by business, and I need help with the below query:

I have a table as below:

StockPrices

tkr   varchar
price   float
ts   datetime

this table contain the stock prices for a day (between 8 am to 5 pm) with time in ms

This table contains only those time points when the price has changed due to a trade


I will have another table called

PriceAvg

tkr varchar
avgprice float
ts datetime     --- start of the interval

this table needs be populated from StockPrices which should hold the summar data (with avg price)
for each stock for every 10 minute interval of the day, 8:00-8:10, 8:10-8:20, 8:20-8:30, etc.

Please can you help.

SQL should only have sql query and not really any T-SQL or PL-SQL.
