Equivalent of rownum or row_number() in Sybase.

what is the replacement of rownum in Sybase? for eg in finding nth min salary in a table emp.
or how to write the following query in Sybase?
select * from (
select emp.*, row_number() over(order by salary) rn from emp)
where rn = 10

Please state what product and version you are using. Sybase SQL Anywhere supports ROW_NUMBER:

That syntax won't work in any of the three Sybase database products I'm familiar with (ASE, ASA and IQ)...
