You need to change Column data type to Decimal(10) usiing
ALTER TABLE T_TableName
ALTER COLUMN ColumnName DECIMAL(10)
Then try to insert 10 digit number into column.

INT (4 bytes), which has a range of -2,147,483,648 to +2,147,483,647.
so, you "can" have 10-digit numbers, but only in that range. you cannot have a value of 3M or more...
hence, you must choose some other datatype, for example NUMERIC(10)
