MS SQL Server possible memory leak

Got a problem with SQL Server process (sqlservr) slowing eating up memory (running SBS 2003).

On the 4Gb RAM machine, the sqlservr seems to be gobble up about 100Mb per day without releasing it (currently up to 1.1Gb RAM today).

The SQL Server is not currently being used by users (but will be very soon), but it is part of the Veritas backup schedule, so SQL Server is being used in this contex at present.

This could be normal operation, but I am trying to rule out the possibilty of a memory leak either in SQL Server or indeed Veritas (10d).

I guess I could restrict memory available to sqlservr, but I don't know if sqlservr will be happy when it uses up its allocation.

Anyone got any comments on why this may be happening and how to stop it, if indeed its a problem.

Thanks

Any idea where in the SBS admin the memory is set or restricted, presumably by process?

Thanks
