HOW TO OPEN .DB FILE

I have a .db file and I am not sure how to open it. I want to save it as either .txt , .csv, .xls or .mdb

Maybe its a Sybase database but I don't have Sybase.

Any ideas?

You could try something like this db file viewer to eliminate some of the possibilities:

The name pf this particular file is company.db

It is just a file I got from a client to see if I can open it. The client doesn't know what it is or how to open it either.

I did try to open it via Access but Access doesn't even recognize the format of this ".db" file.

I also tried the Database Browser Plus Program and it is asking me for a .px file for primary key.
Did you try to import or link it or did you try to open it.  You'd need to import or link and that would create a table for you
