"Cannot Update the Cursor" occurs off and on with inserts and append blanks on tables stored on network

At my company we run a particular VFP app on 3 different regional servers, and off and on, this error #111 - "Cannot Update Cursor" -  occurs on 1 of those particular servers. It has been happening with a variety of tables accessed on that server and it always seems to happen on an insert or append blank command. We could go for a whole week of our users running through these same processes hundreds of times without an error, and then all of a sudden we receive 2 or 3 in one day.

I have ruled out the potential cause of the tables being included in the project, as they are not and never were (plus, that would cause this error to happen all the time). I also have doubts that this error is being caused by some outside resource such as MS Access linking to the tables, as I just recently received one of these errors on a table that no users would even have knowledge about.
