Unable to repeat column headers in SSRS 2008 report

I've create a tablix report in SSRS 2008 that ends up being several pages when rendered. I want the column headers to repeat on each page so my users know what they're looking at. The MSSQL says that I need to check the Repeat Column headers option in the properties tab of the tablix (see tablixproperties.jpg). I've done this but the headers still do not repeat (see report.jpg). What else needs to happen?
