Unhandled exception has occurred in your application.. Microsoft .Net Framework

I have a user that gets this error when opening an application:

"Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click conttinue, the application will ignore this error and attept to continue. If you click quit the application will close immediatly."

This happens most of the time and sometimes the application will actually open.
