how to Change Record Selector Symbol with running number

Dear All,

   I have a form in access which set with continous form. and i would like the record selector symbols with running number (1,2,3....) (maybe like excel spreadsheet grid that have a number ID in every row)  not black triangle as default. is it possible to change the record selector symbols like that?

You can build your own navigation buttons and use them in place of the the native buttons ... Google on "ms access navigation buttons" for a lot of reading on this subject. If you build your own, you can do pretty much whatever you want with them - add images, add text, change images at runtime, etc etc. Of course, with continuous forms, you'll want to put your navigation buttons in the form header or footer (not the detail section, which would show the buttons for every record).
I think fbachri's talking about the record selector rather than the navigation buttons? So far as I know, there's no way (natively, at least) to change that. You could write a lot of fun code to semi-achieve it but it wouldn't have the "select record" functionality.
You're right ... not enough coffee this morning ... that would certainly be a "fun" project ... I've always enjoyed crashing my machine as I play around with Windows Messages!!!

There are several my question that have status like this "The comment from experts unfortunately none of them solve my problem", since i already give up finding solution for my question, i don't know either how to delete my unsolve question. if you could help delete my open questions that seems abandoned by me for several time as the rule from this forum. please delete them.
