Well when I do check it on another PC site by site one PC can't load the player while the other one can without any problem.

Focusonthedj.com payer was loading ok until about a week ago were stop loading and just hangs showing a black screen.
Problems happens on two different PC's, all other websites load their flash player without a problem (ex youtube, etc).
When check from another Diferent pc the player from this website works OK.
Already try uninstalling and reinstalling flash player on both ie7 and mozilla

After much playing with this I figure out, the player does not load under flash 10, only with ver 9.0.16.0
I been able to reload flash 9 on firefox but have not been lucky to load it on firefox but I have not been able to make it work on ie, I was able to load 9.0.15.0 on ie but still doesn't work any other version of flash 9 I get an error message saying that there is a newer version and stops the installation

I am supposing that you are talking about the Flash file in the Listen Now menu...
This has nothing to do with your Flash Player... It's just not finding the SWF file on the server... My guess is that they have taken it down for some reason...
