Browse All TopicsI have about 100 songs I dragged into my Windows Media Player playlist. I am sampling them, (listening to about 10 secs of each song). I only like about 10 songs.
How do I copy the 10 songs from Now Playing playlist to separate folder?
I don't want to make a playlist of the songs, I want to copy the .MP3s.

You need to locate the .mp3 files on your computer. I guess the easiest way would be to search for them, via the search tool on the start menu. Do not try to type in the whole name of the song, just use a keyword. Also use * (Astrix) at the beginning and end of the search, to pull up more accurate results. For example:
In the WMP playlist the song is called "Artist One Plus Three - Song Four Is Cool"
You can search for it like this:
*artist*cool*.mp3
If you cannot find any of the songs, go to WMP options by clicking Library --> More Options... ---> Rip Music tab. Check what folder it says on that tab, should look something like "C:\Documents and Settings\Username\My Documents\My Music" This is where all your songs are stored by WMP. If you see any files in there, just copy them all into a new folder, and delete the songs you don't want.
