Send key to a program?

I use GOMPlayer because it does alot of stuff I like, however sometimes I have 40+ programs open and if i need to pause it quick i have to find it in my taask bar and then hit space bar (which is their pause feature). Does anyone know of a VBS script or something I can do to be able to hit F2 or something and have it send the space bar to a specific program? See SS the title does change...
