How do I sync 4 separate PC's iTunes libraries?

I have 4 different pcs (an iMac, desktop on Vista, 2 laptops on XP Pro) that all have iTunes libraries in them.  Some of the songs are on every pc, but many songs reside on only one PC.  How can I consolidate and sync them to one external hard drive?
