Browse All TopicsA friend of mine wants to record songs and audio onto CDs for sale. Of course its not going to be studio quality but it should be high quality. Can she do this using her own PC? She has a Dell Vostro 200 with 4GB of memory. What software should she use? Is free software like Audacity as good as something she has to buy? What kind of microphone should she use USB connected or one connected to a sound card? Does she need an expensive one? Im thinking of putting in an Audigy 2 sound card. Would that help? Any other suggestions?
Thanks,
Al
