I went into :

and then i followed the instructions but :
1. Audacity doesn't recog my file (.mp3)
2. i changed my format to .wav but still doesn't help.
What should i do ?

You need to use the stereo mix to record the vocals from a media player, but if you want to remove vocals from within an audio track you'd need more sofisticated equipment like a mixer
Probably have a better chance looking for the music version without vocals.
Not all sound cards support the stereo mix option. Record what you hear. You need a full duplex audio card. What's your sound card?

What Audacity is saying is basically a principal of audio that is an aural phenomenon, which says that if you invert a sound and play it at the same time as the original that the two alike waveforms will be cancelled.
This is basically why professional microphones have three wires: wires 3 and 2 carry exactly the same signal -- but if any noise is introduced on the wires other than that through the microphone tranducer (in the microphone) then a summing amp at the amplifier end can immediately recognise it -- so it inverts one wire, which cancels out the noise totally.
Unfortunately not all vocals are recorded exactly the same on the left and right channels -- so the method rarely works.
A better way is to look for midi or karaoke backing and convert it via your soundcard to audio.
