Yes, I wanted America "You Can Do Magic". They talk about copy infringement but where and how can you buy the right to use the song. 2005 Warner Brothers. I wanted popular songs the other song would be Survivor "Eye of the Tiger" Song BMG Music and Take it to the Top" Cool and The Gang" UMG. I bought them from Rhapsody.
Go to the ASCAP site, where you can get the specifics for who to contact for each song. What's the scale of this video - internal to company, external, commercial use? Because that will also determine cost and availability.
