How can i convert mxmf to mp3

Hi experts ! is there any way to convert mxmf (nokia supported audio format)   to  any other kind of audio format like wma ,mp3,mid etc.,

Is this xp or Vista Laptop or desktop please?
to confirm if you have a full duplex audio card?
Does the Nokia have any  software installed on your PC so you can play the files?
Use this software to play the audio / video and record the audio using the stereo mix ( ie what you hear) using Audacity and export as mp3
