Did some searching on this problem, and here is what I found at http://real.lithium.com/re

Downloading RichFX plugin, deleteing the registry subkeys, program folder (Richfx) then cleaning it with CCleaner and rebooting solved my problem. Although it seemed the plugin did not completely install itself it still worked, which is what counts.Thanks everyone and have a nice holiday.
