Can't get Quicktime on primary monitor

When watching .mov files in Quicktime they come up on my primary monitor no problem and I can go fit to screen fine also.

My problem is when I try to get the video's to go into full screen they go full screen on my secondary monitor. Why does this happen and how can I stop it happening?

Note: This only happens in quicktime. I don't have this problem in other media players like VLC and WMPStart Free Trial
