Streaming audio used to run fine, but now stays in the Ready state for a while, and then Done . It happens no matter what browser I am running and on any radio station.
Hi Modwild, as this is Vista I can only offer ideas as per what I have seen asked on this previously, I stayed with xpsp2, You say>>Streaming audio used to run fine, can you determin when it changed? What you may have added in any time frame of that period?
Please check these, some activex and add ons in IE7 have been known to prevent the page from fully opening and media files not playing. WMP is using the latest version? Did install the recent service pack1 for Vista?
Do you see DONE at the bottom? Or error on page? bottom left corner of the problem web page? Accept all cookies is enabled java scripting is on java is up to date flash player is up to date popup blocker is off clean up the temporary internet files history etc. Ensure your video card drivers are up to date some video needs the driver use the latest.
