DVD-R from camcorder won't play in normal DVD player but will play in camera

I recorded some video on a DVD-R in my camcorder, well I forgot to finalize it before I tried to play it in my DVD player.  After I put it in the DVD player and it wouldn't play, I then put it back into my video camera and finalized the disc.  It will play in my video camera but not in a DVD player.  I downloaded ISO Buster to try and recover the DVD but it will only recognize the DVD as 1mb in size, so it didn't work.  Anyone have any Ideas on how to recover the DVD so I can play it in a normal DVD player or on my computer?
