Is Pinnacle Studio 12 Ultimate a good program for Video editing?

I chose this program because it supports .TOD video files.  Now I am a bit worried because Pinnacle has a pretty bad reputation for crashing.  Since this is a new and improved software, there isn't much reviews on this.Start Free Trial
