I would recommend a company like www.apexcctv.com. You can buy dedicated DVRs or add-on cards to existing PCs that you may have. 3 DVRs and 12 cameras in each should cover 35, though you can go with 16-camera DVRs to allow for future expansion. You can buy entire systems that provide you with cameras, cables, connectors, power supplies and DVRs, or you can buy them separately and put them together yourself. The siamese coax will let you run hundreds of feet to the camera, but you will need extra cable if each run is that long. The software for Geovision cards is very powerful and flexible and I would recommend it. I am sure there are surveillance equipment providers in Europe that sell the same hardware.
