All Minolta alpha series lenses will work perfectly on Sony alpha cameras... Sony took over Minolta & Konica.
There is no adapter to fit canon.

While it may be possible to do this, it's rare that one would want to. Two things happen when you try to use an adapter like this - first, you usually do not have all of the functions of the lens (autofocus, as well as auto-exposure), and second, because the lens is moved farther away from the camera body by the adapter, it lets less light reach the sensor and you can't get as wide an angle of view.
It virtually always best to get a lens that's made to fit and work with your camera.
