need new firmware in a different language for Nokia N73

Hi all

I bought a Nokia N73 a few months ago and am trying to find out how to get a new firmware for my phone. The reason is that I bought this phone in Australia and quite naturally it's in English. But with more and more of my clients are from China, i need to be able to read and input Chinese characters using my mobile phone.

I have been shopping around and most shops charge A$60 for that and it takes about 30 minutes. This is OK for me but since i've got 2 N73 phones at home i don't want to spend too much.

Is it possible to do it myself? how risky would that be? where can i find relevant resources?
