Browse All TopicsI have recently downloaded the 400.34.011 firmware for the nokia e51. It has caused my web browser to crash when loading my Google homepage. I also check online, and apparently, other people are getting problems too. How can i downgrade my firmware?

Sorry buddy, thats impossible. Since this issue is being faced by many, Nokia will putup an update to this version immediately. This problem (along with many other similiar probs) have been posted by users at the nokia discussion forum, The only solution is to wait for the next update.. Or you could try to do a software update again. This MIGHT fix the issue. If you have warranty, take it to NokiaCare.. However, i really doubt they will be able to downngrade the os.. All the best!
