nVidia GeForce 7300GT 512MB, machine hang problem

Hi,
I have recently purchase Inno3D nVidia GeForce 7300GT 512MB for AGP slot. I have remove my old GeForce GTS2 card and installed my new card. After then I installed my new card drivers from manufacturer Cd. I have installed several games including Need for Speed ProStreet, Need for Speed Carbon, Evil Genius, METAL GEAR SOLID2 SUBSTANCE, F.E.A.R. , F.E.A.R. Extraction Point and others.

Now the problem is that when i am playing any games listed above my machine get hang after several minutes or hours. When playing game before getting stuck my display is gone to fuzy, i mean the currept display picture and my machine not working any more. I try to close game by pressing Ctrl+F4, Alt+F4, Ctrl+Alt+Del, Ctrl+Escape, Win Key, but none of them works. So i have restart via restart button :(. I have reinstalled my card drivers two times. Its the latest drivers. I have check GPU temperature and its 50C. My OS is Windows XP Pro with SP3.

Please help me, i can't even play a single game with this new card. My old card is working fine when playing games, but it isn't capable of playing new games.
