Hello experts!
I got a very annoying problem concerning my Pioneer receiver and my new Philips remote control:
Recently when I moved to a new apartment I lost my remote which controls my home cinema system (I always loose stuff when I move. =( ). No problem, I though, I'll just buy a new one which can control all my digital equipment at home. Said and done, I got home and started installing it. Everything worked effortlessly, except for the button which tells the receiver to switch it's input to line 1. Line 1 being the external sound connection (sometimes AUX).
I tried using all the codes included in the instruction manual for programming the remote and when non of these worked I checked the internet for more codes, which didn't work either. =( The original remote is nowhere to be found and they don't sell my receiver any more in the stores.
Is all hope lost? Or is there an expert out there who wishes to earn 500 big ones? ;)
