No. You want something for windows? Then mention that in your post, most of us don't have crystal balls...
For windows you will need at least the manufacturer's driver for that card. Then if you have windows media center, then that should be enough, or you can try ChrisTV (google for it, there is a free trial available), it I believe includes some generic drivers too, one might work with your card.
