TV tuner finds no singal

Hello,

I just bought this tv tuner off ebay: http://cgi.ebay.de/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&item=200221443998
but it doesn't seem to be working.

The driver was successfully installed but when it scans for channels, it finds none.
