Removing 'TV' input from list.

Tags: Sony, Bravia, KDL-XBR4, Television
I recently switched to satellite HD for my new TV and when I change the input on my TV it still displays "TV" (Satellite is a separate input).
Is there any way I can remove this from my input list?

I've made sure nothing is plugged into any TV inputs and checked the input menu and it does not list TV as an option for hiding.
