why can't i get TV@nywhere to work

i have this tv card called TV@nywhere (602-2606-020) at one time i had this disc for it, gone now but anyways after installing it on a newer computer  and finding some drivers i can only get 1 or 2 channels working.

it will scan through about 120 channels while scanning i can see all of them working, after the scan i try to pick a channel it will show up for about 1 second then go to a blue screen the rca cord hooked up to a dvd/playstation works, the s-video works fine.

is there another type of free tv watching program i can try?
