I was wondering if anybody has direct experience and could give give me a REALISTIC step by step guide on installing Windows Media Pack 2008 for Vista Media Center to receive Clear QAM directly bypassing set top box (HIGH DEFINITION)

I see ALOT of stuff about it on the web but its all different and I am confused!

This is for Vista Ultimate running a hauppauge 2250 (DVR PVR) card with standard drivers that came with it.
