Setup multiple TVs playing separate movies from one pc

I am trying to find a way (software and hardward) to have one PC dedicated to serving videos in our retail stores. I'd like this one PC to have the ability to play a different 'playlist' on each TV so that one in the footwear section, for instance, would only have footwear releated videos.

So, I'm curious what software / hardware is required to do this type of thing. I have tried googling but cannot find anything out there.
