Network cable to Audio Receiver

I have a network cable from my 2nd floor home office to my basement. I would like to be able to play music from my CPU in my home office on my home theater audio reciever in my basement. What do I need to do to get the music from the network cable to something that will play on my reciever? The reciever does not have a network cable input. Is there something that will work as a conversion?
