How to fix my USB Ports

My pc started messin up REALLY bad lately and so i ran Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and it seemed to fix it but now ALL 6 of my USB Ports are not working! My biggest problem with it is i'm constantly using iTunes and now i can't put diff music on my ipod :( Nor can i use my flash drive to transfer files between my other pc quickly. I've searched for 2 days nostop and have found nothing that helped me
