Asked by skeetley in Home Security
I have recently moved into my apartment building and was only give one key fob. The thing is, both my best friend and my brother live nearby. I'd like at least one, if not both, so they can walk my dog during the day or be my emergency contact should something arise. And in the future, I'd like to give my significant other a key too.
My building won't issue any additional fobs unless people are on the lease. I understand the security issue, but at the same time this is where I live and I would like others to be able to enter my place.
Is there some way I can make a copy of my fob?
