How to determine conduit fill for Cat 6 cable?

Hello Experts,
Is there a way to determine how many Cat 6 cables I can fit in a metal conduit with 2" diameter? How do you calculate using different fill pecentages such as 40% and 50%.  I have found different charts online but they require knowing what the kcmil or awg of the cable is.  How do I determine those measurements?

0.0226 inch is to small for the cable diameter.  I believe that the individual wires inside the cable are 23 AWG but not the cable itself.
The cable manufacturer should have the diameter of the cable as part of the specs for the cable.
