Cannot send or receive on BB device. Lots of event logs. Should I upgrade to SP5

I have version 4.1.4.15 and just realize there is SP5 that is out. Is it a snap to upgrade?
 Everytime I install a new version of BES there are always more issues.

Yesterday I stopped receiving emails on my BB device and looking at the log on the server pulls lots of errors with Blackberry and exchange. So get ready for a list of errors and let me know what ones to egnore and what ones are the cause.
I can ping the SRP server
and all services in exchange and blackberry are started. BES serviecs are logged in as BESadmin.
