A not interactive one would be ok too. Just to evaluate the game..

If you do decide to purchase it, you'll want to make sure you have a pretty hefty computer if you want to run near the best settings. It's a very, very resource consuming game, both in sheer size and in graphics and sound. While it can be run on weaker systems, it won't be run well.
You can alternately look at purchasing it for XBox 360. I admit I'm a bit of a fan of the series, but I'd almost say $500 (for the console and the game) is worth the price, especially if you have a high quality HD television.
I only see movies in www.elderscrolls.com. No playable demo of the game. :(
Nothing of demo, but game is excellent along with expansion and bunch of mods that you can find at TESsource.

I don't believe you can. At least not an interactive one.
You can, though, purchase the game online and download it. Well worth the money.
