Replacing a missing DLL [ADVAP132.DLL]

I just downloaded this game[ the rise of atlantis] when i attempt to bring it up i get this following message [advap132.dll] cannot be found, and program will not open,question is can i put this missing DLL
into my computer.I am running OS 98se. I believe that did add a missing file or .dll sometime ago,but my
memory fails me.     CAN YOU HELP !          THANKS  BILL

Go here, download the file, extract it, and put it in the program's folder with all the other .dll files. Bam. problem fixed.

HOW DO I LOCATE PROGAM'S folder with all the other .dll files , [advap132.dll].I have this dll on floppy ,SORRY BUT I AM LOST.
Go here, download the file, extract it, and put it in the program's folder with all the other .dll files. Bam. problem fixed.

no need to find the program's folder. just put it in C:\Windows\system32 and it will work for any program.
