How to make a shortcut for DOS game

I would like to make a shortcut to a DOS game/s on my desktop.
I went to this site ( http://www.halcyon.com/cerelli/dos_mode.htm ) but don't understand everything. What lines should I add ?
This is listed under Advanced Program Settings

CONFIG.SYS for MS-DOS mode

If I shut down to Restart in MS-DOS I put these
commands in which get me into the game
1st prompt> CD\SIERRA\NAS50TH
2nd prompt> NASCAR50
