That is quite strange for I have a friend who has the ROMS in Japanese and they are working quite well... Why is that?

the game (ie..playstation, n64) is
going to be the same type of emulator
you will need.
#2 emulators for any gaming system can
easily be found through a regular
web search (ie..hotbot,lycos)
it shouldnt matter what language its in... a game is a game, the emulator dosent care what language its in.
if its playstation.. you need - Bleem
if its n64.. you need - UltraHLE

those games don't work cause the games aren't evan out in Japan so they won't work
