Hi Mark,
Thank you for your comments. I have a TH2Go, so really all I need is another monitor which is what I think I will do.
Regards,
Ted.

Browse All TopicsHi,
I have a dual screen setup, using TH2Go to span the screen so that I have one single virtual screen of 3360 x 1050. The only problem is that the runway line falls almost bang smack in the middle of where the monitors meet. This means that I have part of the runway line in display 1 and the othe part in display 2.
I have used all of the standard commands to change the view but this does not achieve the desired effect. Is it possible to change something else, so that the runway line / my cockpit position makes the whole runway line viewable in one or the other of the displays.
Thanks.

No... because the game is programmed to center the runway to your resolution, and your DH2G just tells windows there's 1 large desktop screen, you're stuck that way... It would be the same even without the DH2G, if you were using a graphics card with 2 video outs...
I had the same problem with first person shooters, my crosshair was split down the center, and it made it entirely too difficult to aim and shoot at people...
I resolved my issue by getting the Matrox TRIPLEhead2go and adding a 3rd monitor. I don't know if that's an option for you, but the end-experience is amazing and unbeatable... There's no comparison to it that I've come across, and I've been PC gaming for 15 years.
I suggest upgrading to the TH2G with another monitor, even if it's a junk monitor off on 1 side.
Prior to this, I tried switching resolutions, field of view, and other options... There may be a setting in the Surround Gaming software that allows you to offset the center of the screen, but it won't give you all of the screen real estate you've invested in, as you'd have a black bar on either the left, or the right side.
Upgrade... you'll enjoy the end result :) - Mark
