COD WAW Nazi Zombies Change Level

Is there a way to change the level in Nazi zombies?
For instance, if i wanted to start at level 10, is there a way to set level to 10 so I dont always have to start at 1?

No you have to play through the levels.

Depending on whether you have patched your game you can use god mode & unlock the other maps though
