Is it possible to change the way other players names are displayed in CS:S

Is there any to change the way other players names show up in CS:S and other HL based multiplayer games. For example if I am on a server and there are 10 people on there can I make it so that each player has a name other than what they actually are.

For example player on the server called UberGuy is displayed on my end as Player1 and player on the server called l33t0wner is displayed as Player2.

The reason for this is I am trying to eliminate offensive names from being displayed.
