Can this Laptop play StarCraft II?

The system requirements are:

Windows® XP/Windows Vista®/Windows® 7 (Updated with the latest Service Packs) with DirectX® 9.0c
2.6 GHz Pentium® IV or equivalent AMD Athlon® processor
128 MB PCIe NVIDIA® GeForce® 6600 GT or ATI Radeon® 9800 PRO video card or better
12 GB available HD space
1 GB RAM (1.5 GB required for Windows Vista®/Windows® 7 users)
DVD-ROM drive
Broadband Internet connection
1024X720 minimum display resolution

My laptop has:

Windows XP
2.0 Pentium M processor
128 MB ATI Mobility Radeon 9600 Pro Turbo
Lots of freespace
512 MB RAM
DVD-ROM drive
Broadband
1680x1050 current display mode

Obviously, the processor and the RAM are insufficient; but can the processor even be upgraded?  Will it still work if I just upgrade the RAM?  Do I even have to upgrade the RAM for the game to work?
